Tottenham Hotspur has seen improvement in their recent form as they have moved up to 7th place in the Premier League after their win last weekend again Crystal Palace. Tottenham will head into Sunday with a chance to improve their standing even further as they will face off in a North London Derby at 12:30 p.m. EST against Arsenal.

Match Preview

All eyes will be on Emirates Stadium when Arsenal and Tottenham face each other in the North London derby. The Gunners failed to turn their dominance into triumph in a 1-1 draw with Burnley, with the team remaining in the tenth position in the standings. Arsenal aims to keep their Champions League hopes alive, and we are positive that they will go all guns blazing at Spurs. Since Mikel Arteta should have a full squad to choose from, we predict that Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Co. will find the net in Sunday’s showdown.

Tottenham is only five points behind the Champions League berth and given their three-game winning run in the Premier League, both teams to score betting options should be considered. Gareth Bale should keep his place in the starting XI after scoring a brace in the 4-1 win over Palace. Jose Mourinho is unlikely to make changes to the team that defeated the Eagles.

This match has all the makings of a good one, as rivals square off once again for season bragging rights and Top-4 implications. I see Tottenham winning by a scoreline of 2-1.

Predicted Lineup and Outcome

After finding chemistry within the starting 11, we can expect that Jose will stay consistent with the starting lineup.

Jose will likely line up defensively, which is bound to make for a scrappy match. I see regulars Hojbjerg and Ndombele lining up alongside Lucas this weekend.

We can expect four at the back to fill in the formation, and I think Sanchez will come back with Alderweireld, Reguilon, and Aurier filling out the rest.

With Bale being in superb form right now, we will see him stacked at the top with Son and Kane.

Tottenham predicted XI (4-3-3): Lloris; Reguilon, Sanchez, Alderweireld, Aurier; Højbjerg, Ndombele, Lucas; Bale, Kane, Son.

The Wrap Up:

After a solid week, Spurs’ supporters will be hoping that the club can take three points against Arsenal this week to continue their work of moving to the top four of the table.
