In this series of articles, we take a look at the top three players this past week from NHL fantasy. These top three players are going to include forwards, defenseman and goaltenders, but not each every week, just whoever has the most points at the end of the week in whatever position.

3. Thatcher Demko, Vancouver Canucks, G

GP 3, 3 W, 0 L, .969 SV%, 1.00 GAA, 1 SO, 95 SVS

The goaltender this past week for the Canucks was bubble hero, Thatcher Demko, who was stellar. Demko went 3-0 and led this weird Canucks team to three wins (two against league toppers the Maple Leafs). Demko has earned the right to keep playing and should ride out this streak of games until a loss is fired his way.

2. Max Pacioretty, Vegas Golden Knights, LW

4 GP, 4 G, 4 A, 8 PTS, + 8, 1 PPG, 1 PPA, 2 GWG, 24 SOG

Pacioretty had a strong week for the Golden Knights potting four goals into the back of the net. Two of those goals were gaming winning goals that came in Overtime which tells you the amount of clutch he had for his hockey club this past week.

1. Mark Stone, Vegas Golden Knights, RW

4 GP, 2 G, 8 A, 8 PTS, + 7, 0 PPG, 2 PPA, 1 GWG, 5 SOG

Mark Stone was the definition of distributor this past week of play notching eight assists in four games played. In one of those games, Stone recorded five assists in one game against the Wild where they won 5-4. Stone has always been underrated league wide, but now he is starting to show us that he shouldn’t be for much longer.
